How it works

We collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself

Away, or closing the house for the winter?

Rugs are regularly collected from houses and cabins the owner is not in, through a property manager, a caretaker or a neighbour with a key. If the place is being shut for the season, the rug is far better off cleaned before it goes quiet than after. Say so in the form and tell us who holds access. Condition is photographed at collection either way.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by flooding, seepage or a leak?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
